Do I need to leave my house while painting is being done?
No, we never ask the homeowner to vacate the home. We can prioritize certain rooms if needed to accommodate to your needs.
Do I have to be home while painting is being done?
We ask that someone is present during the initial estimate and final walkthrough, but you do not have to be present throughout the day. Our crews our professional and will leave everything cleaned up, locked up and better than we found out it.
Do you use a sprayer or brush/roll?
Both, but we never spray inside due to the exhaust. Even after spraying, we will brush/roll to ensure the paint/stain fully adheres to the surface.
Do I need to move my furniture?
Our team will assist in moving and protecting your furniture to ensure it remains safe and clean during the painting process. We handle all the heavy lifting for you.
Can you repair my deck boards if they are rotten/broken?
Yes, we offer repair services for damaged deck boards. Our experts will assess the condition and provide the necessary repairs before painting.
Will you replace rotten fascia/ trim, or just paint over it?
Our painters will never paint a surface that is not ready to be painted. If we find any rotten wood during the job, we will bring it to your attention first prior to proceeding and offer solutions to repair/replace the wood rot.
Do you do cabinet refinishing/ staining?
No, we only offer cabinet painting.
Do you offer free estimates?
Yes, all our estimates are completely free of charge.
Do you install trim/molding?
We do not. All our crews are skilled in light carpentry, however we leave trim/molding installation to the experts, then come in to paint afterwards.
What if I don't know what color I want?
We provide a free color consultation with our interior designer if you decide to move forward with us!
What type of paint do you use?
We use high-quality, durable paints that are suitable for both interior and exterior surfaces, ensuring long-lasting and vibrant results.
Do you offer any warranties on your work?
Yes, we stand by our craftsmanship with a satisfaction guarantee and offer warranties on our painting services to ensure your peace of mind.
What should I do to prepare for painting day?
We recommend clearing the area of personal items and ensuring easy access to the painting surfaces. Our team will handle the rest, including furniture protection.
I saw that you use Benjamin Moore paint. What if I like a Sherwin Williams color?
We can match colors from any brands, including Sherwin Williams, Behr, PPG and Farrow & Ball.
